The Case Manager is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative legal support for various cases until they are transferred to an attorney. The Case Manager plays a key role in ensuring positive case outcomes by actively monitoring progress, collaborating with clients, attorneys, and relevant external parties, and facilitating the timely completion of required actions at every stage.Main ResponsibilitiesManage all aspects of Social Security Disability (SSD/SSDI) claims within the Firms cloud-based case management software, including data entry, document uploads, calendaring, and task trackingConduct onboarding calls with new clients to explain the process and gather key medical, employment, and personal informationCollect, request, and track medical records, treatment histories, and other supporting documentation required by the Social Security Administration (SSA)Maintain consistent and empathetic communication with clients to provide updates, answer questions, and guide them through the claims and appeals processesDraft and submit Social Security applications, appeals, and other related forms on behalf of clientsPrepare detailed case summaries and documentation to support initial claims and appealsMonitor SSA deadlines and ensure timely submission of all documents to avoid delays or denialsCommunicate with healthcare providers, government agencies, and third-party representatives to obtain necessary documentation and clarify informationTrack case progress and outcomes, updating internal systems and client files accordinglyCollaborate with attorneys or legal representatives as needed during the appeals or hearing stagesStay current on Social Security Administration procedures, disability eligibility requirements, and regulatory changes that may affect case managementEnsure full compliance with SSA regulations, HIPAA, and internal privacy and data handling policiesRequirementsAt least 1 to 2 years of case manager/coordinator experienceKnowledge of the SSA (Social Security Administration) / SSD (Social Security Disability) process.Strong verbal and written communication skillsFamiliarity with case management tools is preferred but not required; candidates must demonstrate knowledge and/or relevant experience aligned with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined.Excellent organizational and communications skills (oral and written), ability to think strategically, manage projects independently, and pursue multiple objectives simultaneously.Willing to work a night shift schedule.Must be able to work on our site 8th Floor Zeta Tower Bridgetowne, C-5 Quezon City.
