You will work with a respected global firm, participating in key projects in a supportive and inclusive environment that encourages growth.Key Responsibilities- Manage cash transactions in Japan, ensuring accuracy and control.- Handle payments and work with agent banks.- Prepare and submit cash and liquidity reports for regulatory purposes.- Keep track of cash positions throughout the day with agent banks.- Identify and address operational risks, with clear protocols for escalation.- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to support liquidity and change initiatives.- Work with business and operations teams on transaction analysis and technology projects.Candidate Profile- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.- Fluent in Japanese and English, with strong communication skills.- Experience in risk management and operations.- Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks.- Self-driven, capable of working independently and in teams.- Knowledge of local payment and settlement processes.
