We are looking for an experienced Business Development professional with a strong background in voice app platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience managing influencers, idols, and agencies — building relationships that drive engagement, growth, and revenue for the platform.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and onboard potential influencers and agencies to join and collaborate on the platform.Develop strategies to attract, grow, and retain idols/agencies, ensuring long-term success and satisfaction.Build and maintain strong partnerships with agencies and talents, fostering trust and cooperation.Collaborate closely with internal teams to plan promotions, events, and campaigns that support idols and agency performance.Monitor, analyze, and optimize overall platform performance — focusing on quantity, quality, and revenue growth.Be an active, positive contributor to the business development team and the wider organization.RequirementsFluent in English (mandatory requirement).Excellent communication skills — able to connect effectively through phone, email, messaging, and face-to-face.Strong problem-solving ability to address urgent issues quickly and flexibly.Solid social media knowledge and presence; understands influencer and content ecosystems.Strong interpersonal skills to manage relationships with diverse personalities.Highly organized, self-driven, and able to work independently.Prior experience in social networking, influencer marketing, or voice app platforms is a strong plus.Preferred BackgroundCandidates currently or previously working in a voice app platform (e.g., Bigo, Uplive, Tiki, 17Live, etc.).Experience managing influencer partnerships or agency operations in live streaming or entertainment apps.
