We’re looking for a Casting Manager to join a leading influencer marketing agency in the MENA region, known for its innovation in digital strategy and creator collaborations.This role focuses purely on influencer recruitment and negotiation, ensuring that we partner with the right creators at the best value for our campaigns. The ideal candidate must know the influencer landscape inside out, have strong negotiation skills, and be fluent in Arabic to communicate effectively with regional talent.Key ResponsibilitiesInfluencer Sourcing: Identify, vet, and recruit influencers across multiple platforms based on campaign goals and audience relevance.Negotiation: Lead all discussions and negotiations with influencers and their agents to secure optimal rates and collaboration terms.Talent Profiling: Match influencers to brand campaigns based on niche, engagement, and content style.Database Management: Maintain and expand an organized influencer database segmented by market, category, and performance.Trend Awareness: Stay on top of influencer trends, rates, and regional developments in the creator economy.RequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or casting.Deep knowledge of influencers across the MENA region.Strong negotiation and communication skills.Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) is mandatory.Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple negotiations simultaneously.
