You can choose to deliver any of our courses — First Aid, CPR, Pool Lifeguard, or Perform Rescue from a Live Low Voltage Panel — depending on what you’re qualified in and what you enjoy most.We know life can get hectic, so we offer complete flexibility. Do a little, do a lot — we’ll work with you to shape a schedule that fits around your world. As the largest volunteer movement of its kind globally, it plays a vital role in providing community safety, education, and support. Our commercial division provides education and training to members of the public and organisations. Demand is so high we now need more trainers!Role DescriptionAs a Casual Trainer you will deliver high-quality training sessions to individuals and groups in a range of First Aid related courses. You will use our materials to deliver high impact workshops - ensuring compliance with regulatory standards - and will assess participants' knowledge and skills. The role requires creating a supportive and interactive learning environment while adhering to organisational standards. Training might be held at our bespoke training rooms at West Beach, or out on client's premises. Essential Skills:• TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or equivalent.• Current qualifications in the field of training delivery.• Experience in training and assessment.• Excellent presentation and training skills.• Strong verbal and written communication skills.Desirable:• Awareness of Surf Life Saving SA and its culture.• Experience in delivering accredited training.• Ability to use initiative and work unsupervised as well as in a team environment.• Opportunity to work across 7 days and able to travel to course locations within metropolitan and regional areas.For the full Position Description and to apply please go to https://www.surflifesavingsa.com.au/careers
