Our College is driven by a vision to cultivate a community of Respectful, Engaged, Aspiring Learners, preparing them the world of tomorrow.Step Into Your Next Chapter:Applicants will have demonstrated experience in leading curriculum and teaching and learning in HPE curriculum.As an instructional leader, the Head of Department - HPE, will play a key role in the development, implementation, and quality assurance of the Australian Curriculum and QCAA Senior Curriculum whilst embedding the College's pedagogical framework and practices.They will work with the Leadership Team to lead a culture of continuous improvement in a collaborative and collegial learning community.This opportunity requires the successful candidate to have strong flexibility, as well as collaborative, leadership, change management and communication skills.
