As Category & Channel development Manager your focus is to act as main point of contact concerning Channel & Category development. You will support the head of department & also the sales departments regarding the development of the company plan & to implement the Ferrero Category strategies.Main Responsibilities:You willAnalyse the category development & identify opportunities & challenges for the dedicated customer/channelConduct regular business reviews about key clients to evaluate performance and recommend improvementsParticipate in local & cluster-level projects to support growth & innovationDefine guidelines for the dedicated channels/customer regarding portfolio & visibility & you will ensure the individual customer plan coherence with the guidelinesBe responsible to develop a category assessment in the customer perspective andYour aim will be to understand the key performance drivers at customer / channel level focusing especially on the shopper behavior.Who we are looking for:You actively drive the business process forward with your ideas & genuine impact.You should have experience in one of the following fields: trade marketing / Key account management / shopper behaviour understanding / category management processes & practices.University degree, ideally with focus on business administration or a related fieldProfessional experience of at least 1-3 yearsSolution oriented personality and excellent communication and teamwork skills in a multicultural environmentAnalytical thinking Written & spoken German & EnglishConfident user skills in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel & Power Point; Power-PI knowledge is an advantageyou are characterized by a structured, independent way of working, excellent sense of customer needs, flexibilityHow to be successful in the role and at Ferrero:Consumers, quality and care are at the heart of everything we do.
