Location: Bali, IndonesiaWorking Language: EnglishProduct Scope: Real Silver & Gold JewelrySKU Environment: 5,000–10,000+ SKUsRole PurposeOwn the commercial product strategy of the jewelry category for multiple brands (female + male), including portfolio size, range architecture, pricing, and margin. Responsible for defining which products we offer, at what price, for which customer, in which channel and geo, and when.Key ResponsibilitiesA. Portfolio & Range StrategyDefine optimal portfolio size and range architecture (core, seasonal, limited editions, capsules, fast trends).Maintain commercial balance across categories (rings, necklaces, earrings, bracelets, etc.) and price tiers.Identify assortment gaps and retire low-value SKUs.B. Pricing & Margin OwnershipSet retail pricing Define optimal portfolio size and range architecture (core, seasonal, limited editions, capsules, fast trends).Own gross margin targets per product and category.Define discount and promotional strategy & calendar along with the commercial team (launch offers, seasonal markdowns, clearance).C. Product Lifecycle ManagementMonitor sell-through, velocity, and contribution margin.Identify hero products and rework or phase out underperformers.Drive decisions on bundle creation, re-launches, and core renewal.D. Market, Trend & Competitor InsightMonitor trends in jewelry and adjacent accessories.Benchmark competitors on pricing, design, and value propositions.Translate demand signals into product briefs and category strategy.E. Cross-Functional LeadershipWork with Creative Direction & Design, Production (Bali), E-Commerce, and Marketplace teams (Hamburg).Deliver clear launch priorities and integrate customer insight (reviews, returns, NPS, CRM data) into category decisions.Support long-term brand positioning via category leadership.Required ProfileMust Have5+ years in Category/Product Management in fashion/accessories/jewelry or other relevant field.Experience with 5,000+ SKU assortment environments.Strong pricing, margin, and commercial decision-making capability.Analytical skills (Excel, BI tools, sell-through/mix analysis).Nice to HaveKnowledge of precious metals, plating, or modular jewelry systems.Experience in vertical manufacturing or make-to-order environments.Key KPIsGross Margin %Mix of Hero vs Long-tail SKUsSell-through & Lifecycle ValueCategory Revenue & ASP
