Role Description This is a contract role for a Content & Social Media Specialist, located on-site in Greater Malang. The role involves creating engaging content for social media platforms, managing social media accounts, and defining strategies to boost audience engagement. The specialist will also oversee digital marketing campaigns and collaborate with the marketing team to align content with overall marketing goals. Responsibilities include monitoring trends, analyzing performance metrics, and suggesting improvements. Qualifications Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content CreationExperience in Digital Marketing and broader Marketing strategiesStrong Communication skills, both written and verbalCreative and detail-oriented mindset, with the ability to analyze and interpret engagement metricsAbility to work on-site in Greater Malang and collaborate effectively within a teamFamiliarity with language learning markets or education services is a plusBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
