As the Category Manager, you will be the internal expert to analyze and understand the market, turning data into insights, uncovering trends and opportunities. Externally you will be a business partner for key customers to help them grow their categories through objective advice on category strategy, promotion, assortment and shelf.Under the guidance of the CSP Manager, you will collaborate with other functions (marketing, sales & supply) to support the full team with data-driven insights and tools, safeguarding the category vision and priorities.Key ResponsibilitiesBecome the category expert internally and externally, picking up on the latest evolutions allowing the business to be agile and reactive, on both In-Home (IH) and Out-Of-Home (OOH) Implementing category growth strategies with key customers Shelf and assortment vision, to go above and beyond, filling gaps, and maximizing availability Preparation of field meetings, driving execution of the route-to-market plan, translating the category strategy to the shopfloor Update key customers on category insights and shopper trends, grasping opportunities when they arise Quarterly review on promotional performance Maintain and further develop analytical tools to further improve effectiveness and KPI’s tracking, to steer and guide the business in an efficient manner What You Need To SucceedEXPERIENCE, SKILLS & QUALIFICATION: >2 years experience in a category or consultancy role within FMCG Experience in developing and implementing customer strategies, including pricing, promotions, planogram and assortment optimization. French or Dutch, and English Experience presenting to large groups, ability to convey clear messages Excellent verbal and written English Skills       Mastery of Nielsen, Excel, PPT.
