We are looking for a Category Manager who will join our global team and oversee the strategic sourcing of essential Site Services in the area of global Facility Management. Katarzyna Glińska, Director, Sourcing Business and Site Services Category.What You Will DoCategory Strategy: Develop and execute category strategies and plans for global Facility Management (hard and soft services) that align with business objectives and deliver value for the organization. Competitive and Resilient Supply: Lead sourcing events, cost optimization initiatives, contract negotiations and market benchmarking. Understand, monitor and mitigate risk exposure. Drive sustainability and ESG initiatives within the FM supply base, ensuring alignment with corporate responsibility goals. Stakeholder Collaboration: Establish, manage and develop solid relationships with internal stakeholders and drive business alignment. Foster collaboration and dialogue with Peers and the Tactical Sourcing Operations team to achieve joint goals and category excellence in the Site Services area. Supplier Management: Develop a sustainable and reliable supplier base for Facility Management category. Lead the evaluation, selection, and development of strategic and key suppliers to drive performance. Own and drive Supplier Relationship Management Programs for respective area. Performance Monitoring: Define and track category targets and supplier performance metrics to ensure the business value delivery. Who You AreAs we are open to consider candidates with other than strategic sourcing relevant business background, our expectations are listed below.You have a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field; Master’s preferred You have 7+ years of sourcing/commercial experience, with at least 3+ years managing Facilities Management or Indirect categories in a multinational environment You have a proven record of delivering measurable value through category strategies and sourcing initiatives You have strong commercial and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage complex global contracts You have proficiency in English and Finnish, with excellent communication skills to engage diverse stakeholder groups across functions and geographies You have knowledge of Facility Management supplier markets, cost drivers.
