We´re looking for a Category Manager to lead and execute the commercial agenda for well-known consumer brands on the Norwegian market.This is a consultancy opportunity starting ASAP, a 4-months contract (with the possibility to extension).About the role:In this role, you´ll act as the bridge between marketing, sales, and customers - translating category and brand strategies into actionable commercial plans that deliver measurable results across channels.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for the Norwegian market in collaboration with Nordic stakeholders.Drive portfolio and channel strategies, including range reviews and pricing initiatives.Lead promotional planning and evaluate performance to optimize pricing and investments.Manage innovation launches and monitor category performance.Partner with key customers on trade planning and activation.Analyze market and competitor insights to identify growth opportunities.Collaborate closely with internal teams across marketing, sales, and supply chain for seamless execution.Who We´re Looking For:3–5 years of experience in a similar role within category management, sales, or marketing.Strong commercial and strategic mindset with solid understanding of Nordic retail dynamics.Proven ability to turn insights and data into actionable business strategies.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Languages: Fluent in Swedish and English (both spoken and written) - Norwegian is meritorious.Why Join?You´ll be part of a dynamic and collaborative Nordic team, working with some of the most recognized brands in the market.
