Own Category Strategy and TacticsBe a data & insight champion & lead best practiceLead, champion and educate the use of data within the businessBe a key stakeholder in the customer range review process, representing a strategic Category view as well as compelling, insight driven selling storiesStrategic planning to optimise customer/ channel mixInfluence customer & channel strategy & deliver strategic long-term growthSupport development of aligned business plans across customer portfolioNPD pipeline planning, commercialisation & Go to MarketSkills & experience4 Years + Category Management/ Commercial experience, within an FMCG environmentAn understanding of retailer landscapes, objectives, processes, and ways of workingExperience of using retailer data platforms e.g., Quantium & Circana for reporting & analysisStrong analytical skills & highly numerate with the ability to turn data into actionable strategy and insightsEvidence of creating compelling sales stories based on insight and thinkingHow to apply Sound like you?
