Our rapidly growing environment is the perfect opportunity to take initiative and create your legacy.We are looking for a Category Specialist to join our Commercial department at Getir, where you will help shape the direction and vision for our Fresh(Fruit & Vegetables – Meat & Fish), Milk & Breakfast & Bakery, Snacks & Beverage, Edible, Frozen, and Non-Food categories.What You'll Be Doing?Find and add consumers favorite products to Getirs product assortment.Report, analyze and deliver KPI´s, such as demand and volume. (You'll hear these words A LOT)Manage complex, quantitative and statistical analyses, combine them with your common sense and then come with smart conclusions and recommendations.Build bridges between our wonderful Operations, Marketing, Logistics, Finance, and Supply Chain teams.Maintain, and further develop, a win-win relationship with our supplier partners through supporting activities.Carrying out the purchasing processes of the relevant product groupFinding new products and suppliers and conducting supplier negotiations.What You'll Bring?Amazing negotiation skills, so that you can build powerful relationships with our partners.BA degree from a related department.B.Sc. in graduate Business Administration, Industrial Engineer or a similar disciplineMin 1-3 years experience in category management.We are looking for peers to work for non food. So, experience in these categories will be a plus.Wonderful organizational skills. You know these people take the lead and organize all the stuff?
