Location: Brisbane (preferred) or Sydney Hybrid Working: 3 days onsite/ 2 days remoteJob Type: PermanentAbout The RoleAs the Commercial Strategy Analyst, you will support the development and execution of commercial strategies by providing data-driven insights, performance tracking, and category analysis. You will play a key role in enabling strategic decisions and optimizing execution.Main ResponsibilitiesAnalyse sales, market, and shopper data to identify trends and opportunities.Support the creation of commercial diagnostics (4Ps) and performance scorecards.Translate insights into actionable recommendations.Assist in the development of annual commercial plans and Go-to-Market (4Ps) strategies.Contribute to category reviews, NPD decks, and customer presentationsMonitor readiness and execution of commercial initiatives.Track KPIs and support interventions to improve performanceWork closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Management.Support the Manager in stakeholder engagement and project delivery.About YouQualifications: Degree qualified in relevant fieldExperience & SkillsMin 2-3 years of experience in FMCG, analytics, or commercial planningStrong proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.Analytical mindset with attention to detail.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Why us?At Opella, you will enjoy doing challenging, purposeful work, empowered to develop consumer brands with passion and creativity.
