You will dream up imaginative concepts, design exceptional guest experiences, and help us bring the magic of wine and cheese to life.About Our Role  . . .We are looking for a Catering & Event Coordinator to bring creativity, organization, and warmth to our special events at both our Nashville and Franklin locations.In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, planning, and executing events—from intimate tastings to large celebrations and helping us grow our catering experiences to businesses. You will also take the lead on soliciting new business and managing inquiries through HoneyBook, ensuring every potential client feels welcomed and supported from the very first contact.As a true brand ambassador for Greys, you will be the main point of contact for our turophiles (cheese lovers), crafting meaningful experiences that reflect our passion for hospitality and exceptional service. You need to have a sharp eye for detail, a calm hand under pressure, and a genuine love for creating unforgettable moments.From initial planning to the final bite, you’ll ensure every event reflects the Greys’ standard — thoughtful, seamless, and full of flavor.Join a passionate team redefining hospitality through the art of wine, cheese, and connection.Additional Information . . .Schedule - 20 - 25 hours per week Admin - Tuesday - Friday - 11:00 - 3:00 pm (at our Nashville store) Events - plus additional event hours on evenings and weekendsPassion for hospitality and customer servicePassion for wine and cheese and desire to continue to learn more about our products.Driver’s license and reliable transportationSet up and tear down of eventsInteract with attendees at promotional eventsPhysical ability to stand for multiple hours during eventsMust be of legal age in TN state regulations to serve alcohol & have a valid TN ABC license.
