Position : Catering Operations Manager Location : Dubai, UAESalary : 14,000 AEDREPORTING TO: OwnerJob Brief: To organize and oversee the daily operations of the company. You will ensure that the business is well-coordinated and productive by managing procedures and coaching staff. The goal is to safeguard and improve operational efficiency to support long-term success.Catering Manager responsibilities include planning menus, supervising staff, scheduling shifts and coordinating food preparation and service during events. Liaise with Shareholders and Chef to make strategic and operational decisions.Work experience in catering/hospitality and strong organizational skills are required.REQUIREMENTS: Proven experience as Catering Manager or Operations Manager. Should be responsible, trustworthy, and proactive.Understanding of food hygiene and safety standards.Ability to create and customize menus.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Excellent customer service mindset.Ability to make efficient decisions under pressure.Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.Hospitality or culinary certification is an advantage.
