Key Responsibilities:1. Follow up customers given by the company, promote English Cause by telephone, Zalo, etc;2. Thoroughly understand teaching materials, foreign teachers, and sales policies;3. Be patient, motivated, and good at communication to increase membership renewal rates;4. Study diligently, continuously improve your skills and professionalism, and maintain the company's professional image;5. English proficiency is not required.Qualifications and Skills:1. College degree or above, fluent in English2. At least one year of experience as an academic consultant or customer service representative in the education industry.3. Strong service awareness, proactive approach, and excellent communication skills;4. Strong motivation, responsibility, and the ability to withstand pressure;5.
