LakeSide Entertainment is seeking a Gaming Shift Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver an exceptional guest experience in our fast-paced gaming environment. What You’ll DoAs a Gaming Shift Supervisor, you’ll be a key team leader on the floor, responsible for directing staff, maintaining compliance, and keeping operations running smoothly.

Your day-to-day will include:

🎮 Directing gaming floor staff and supervising operations during your shift🎯 Resolving customer questions and concerns with professionalism📑 Ensuring compliance with gaming regulations and internal procedures🧑‍🏫 Assisting with staff training and performance coaching💰 Independently balancing funds, cash drawers, and the shift safe🔧 Performing minor gaming machine repairs and resets📋 Completing transaction and incident reports accurately🔐 Maintaining secure key control and handling jackpots per policy🗣 Communicating openly with staff and leadership🌟 Providing “red carpet” customer service to all guests🚨 Ensuring the security of company assets at all timesWhat We’re Looking ForTo thrive in this role, you should be:

✔️ At least 18 years old✔️ Experienced in customer service, cash handling, and supervisory duties (1+ year each required)✔️ Experienced in gaming or casino operations (preferred but not required)✔️ Able to manage large sums of cash with precision✔️ Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a busy, loud environment✔️ Comfortable working on your feet for 6+ hours and lifting up to 40 lbs.
