Position OverviewDetails of the Division and TeamRTM CoE team is the processing unit that coordinates internally and externally between internal shareholders and clients on New Client Adoption (NCA), FSC Supplier onboarding, Know Your Client (KYC), Periodic Review for KYC and credit facility, ongoing account maintenance, ID overdue, Dormant account, reference letter etc., prepares relevant product documentation, performs the product system setup and provide service support for all CB clients in North Asia. That’s why we are committed to providing an environment with your development and wellbeing at its centre.You can expect:Supplemental Savings Plan on top of mandatory social security15 days of annual paid leave, plus public holiday & Flexible Working ArrangementFull ranges of commercial insurance coverage including delegated private hospitalOn-line family doctor consultation for both employee & family membersEmployee Assistance Program for both employee & family membersYour Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Representative for Trade clients on day-to-day trade related activitiesServicing clients:Advising Trade clients and setting up of non-standardized Trade transactions (e.g. Wording for Guarantees)Answering all kinds of product related questions before product is issuedDiscuss workability issues which need to be discussed with the clientCheck and improve transaction application, documents discrepancies as provided by Trade Operation TeamNegotiated the pricing with clients and get the approvalManage/update client profile and TF client scoring card in central repository application for reference to internal stakeholdersTransaction Monitoring, ensuring transactions are a good fit for the clientCoordinate with Business Partners to solve the trade finance related matter (TF Operations, CRM, Legal, Compliance etc)Enquiry and client complaint managementComply with Internal & Regulatory Risk and Control GuidelinesDrive continuous improvement activities for area of accountability leading to operational efficiencies’Monitor the service quality, productivity and turnaround time according to the agreed SLA with Trade Operation Team and customersPrepare and submit regulatory reports if any to Finance, Compliance and RegulatorsParticipate in the projects and initiatives implemented by Relationship & Transactions Management (RTM)Train the junior staff to deliver the client service dutiesProvide product knowledge transfer and development plan to junior staffIncident management thru proper escalation to the focal point of contact at outsourcing branchYour Skills And ExperienceBachelor’s degree in business administration or related disciplinesMinimum 3 years of solid experience in Trade Finance area, especially Documentary Trade with knowledge of product associated risks e.g. compliance, transaction monitoringIn-depth knowledge of trade operations cycle. Proficient in UCPDC, ISBP, URDG rules & guidelinesExposure to process improvement projects is an advantageA self-starter, able to demonstrate good levels of initiative and motivation. Being a good team player is essential in this roleMust be able to multi-task and keep calm under pressureExcellent knowledge of managing Microsoft office.Business oriented, enterprising and inquisitive in a new way of doing thingsGood oral and written communication skills and meticulousFluent in English.Good interpersonal skills.
