CELEBRITY COORDINATORWho You Are:You have a strong interest in fashion, entertainment and pop culture and are looking to further develop your expertise within a globally recognized brand. You excel in dynamic environments and are a highly organized, detail-driven, and an effective communicator. What You’ll Do: Sample Trafficking – manage the end-to-end sample trafficking process across talent fittings and brand events, working closely with the Global Celebrity & Influencer Assistant to execute pulls, check-outs, and returns. Collaborate with other internal teams for the share of samples. VIP Fittings – support fitting prep and execution alongside the Global Celebrity Relations Senior Director and Associate Manager; oversee alterations – booking tailor(s), communicating timelines.Global Offices – review and approve international VIP requests and provide selective sample support in partnership with MICHAEL KORS global offices & licensee teams.Budget - assist the Associate Manager in event budget maintenance, including deal memos, expense tracking, and ensuring accurate records.Travel – coordinate VIP travel for brand events and campaigns, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, greeters, and itineraries. Coordinate glam teams (hair/makeup/grooming) for talent and confirm timing, details, and billing. Logistics – oversee domestic & international sample shipping and local courier logistics, supported by the Assistant. Monitor press/photo outlets and keep a clear record of confirmed VIP dressing moments. Organization and upkeep of the VIP closet.Consignments – manage all store and warehouse consignments; ensure timely returns and accurate credit reconciliation.Day-to-day co-management of Assistant with Global Influencer Relations Coordinator. General Administrative Duties – expense reports, fitting calendar, closet & fitting suite upkeep, management of shared drive folders, fashion styling kit upkeep, flowers/gifting orders, and other projects as designated by the Associate Manager. You’ll Need to Have: 2-4 years of experience in a relevant position or field.Excellent verbal & written communication skills.Microsoft Office Suite experience.Excellent organizational skills.Ability to multitask.
