Job Description

Job DescriptionWilling to participate in ALL4Zero Safety Program. Load and unload product for warehouse. Locate product safety and efficiently in the warehouse. Must be able to read and understand various paperwork, to accurately move and/or ship various types of product and materials. Must complete a daily operator’s checklist on the forklift to which the operator is assigned. Must be able to identify inventory, inventory locations, and maintain a very high accuracy rate. Picks, stacks and stages orders maintaining 99.9% shipping accuracy. Responsible for notifying supervisor with safety issues. Responsible for notifying supervisor of forklift operating issues, product storage issues, inventory restock issues, and inventory variances. Treat product so as to minimize damage occurrences. Inspect product to ensure that it will meet customer expectations and clear damages from process. Responsible for housekeeping in the buildings and grounds to which the operator is assigned and inspect warehouse for maintenance issues. Required to re-stack damaged product and/or return damaged product to designated area. Have basic knowledge and understanding of loading information. Responsible for bin to bin transfers, and ensure inventory accuracy. Ability to work well with teams and alone. Inspect warehouse for maintenance issues; keep area clean and well maintained.
