CELINE, founded in 1945 by Céline Vipiana, is an iconic French Leather-Goods, Fashion & Couture House belonging to the LVMH Group.To have a chance of joining CELINE, you must thrive as a team player in a fast-paced environment amongst passionate, agile, and authentic people.Job TitleAssistant Retail Training ManagerLocationShanghaiResponsibilities- Take the ownership of woman collection trainingCollaborate with merchandising team to conduct training timely with high qualityDesign styling training activities to follow up with retail stores regarding silhouette mix and match- Support Mainland China regional business, especiallyEnhance store service through different training solutions and on-floor coachingPartner with Retail Managers to identify regional training needs and implement accordinglyInitial and conduct retail KPI improvement training and follow up with key front-line staffs- Collaborate with central and local training teamsWork together with local training teams to conduct different training programs including but not limited to INDUCTION training, product training, soft skills training, clienteling training and etc.Work closely with central training teams to co-create, conduct and feedback on learning initiatives.- Support diverse essential clienteling events as a role model and business partnerBe a presenter and co-work with retail and clienteling team to engage with our clientsProvide feedback/coaching to improve sales team’s selling and clienteling skill based on on-site observation- Participate in the administrative and reporting part.- Participate in training planning and logistics.Requirements- Bachelor’s Degree and above- Highly motivated, initiative, proactive and mature- Excellent communication, influence and organization capability- Proven ability to build strong collaborative relationships up/down/peers- Stronger understanding of branding and the customer experience- Around 7-10 years’ relevant experience, namely in retail training- Fluent in EnglishOUR ENGAGEMENTCELINE is an equal opportunity employer.
