About this Position Leading the training activities for the Area/Site with the objective to close gaps from the skill matrix.What You´ll DoSupport Cell Leader(s) with the design and implementation of the Skill Matrix Update Skill Matrix and report status by person Define skill gaps based on the Skill Matrix and translate to a training plan for the Area/Site Maintain training calendar and organize trainings Liaise with other people in the Site making sure enough trainers are available What makes you a good fit Education: higher / at least bachelor degree from a technical field or an appropriate field (management..)
