Job ResponsibilityManage and grow the companyâs social media presence across platforms including XiaoHongShu (XHS), Instagram, and Facebook. Develop and curate high-quality, engaging content tailored to each platform to drive brand awareness and follower growth. Plan, shoot, and edit video content; design visual assets such as graphics and reels for social media use. Ensure all content aligns with platform-specific requirements, trends, and best practices. Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools, and provide actionable insights to improve engagement and reach. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes, and incorporate them into content strategies.
Support KOC and KOL campaigns, including sourcing talents, preparing briefs, and tracking post-Job RequirementsQualification in Marketing/ Creative Design / Advertising or related field. At least 2 years of working experience in social media content creation. Well versed in Chinese, proficient in English is a plus. Proficient in Canva and Jianying/CapCut. Have sense of creativity and proactive to spot trending topics that help to drive high engagement and followers. Have the ability to visualize concepts and produce contents according to schedule. Understanding in social media insight reporting. A team player with a positive roll-up-your-sleeves and entrepreneurial attitude.
