Don’t be shy, apply!Job DescriptionAu sein de notre département Client Onboarding & Administration, vous intégrerez le service Central Data. Vous aurez pour principales missions :Analyse et investigation de la documentation juridique et fiscale des dossiers personnes physiques (AML/KYC, FATCA, QI, CRS) ;Saisie des ouvertures de comptes par correspondance, en ligne ou par vidéo conférence ;Collaboration étroite avec les services Compliance et Business Operations ;Interactions fréquentes avec les chargés de relations.QualificationsVous justifiez d'une expérience confirmée dans un service administratif, de préférence dans le domaine banque-assurance ou encore au sein d'une société fiduciaire et/ou avez des connaissances dans les diverses réglementations bancaires ;On reconnaît en vous une personne méthodique, rigoureuse et sachant travailler dans un environnement exigeant ;Français & anglais courants, à l’écrit comme à l’oral. L'allemand est un atout ;Bonnes aptitudes rédactionnelles et sens de la communication ;Maîtrise des outils informatiques (Word, Excel, Outlook) ;Personnalité ouverte, sens du service vis-à-vis des clients internes ;Bonne capacité d’intégration.Additional InformationReliable work ethic with high attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance,Ability to proactively address client inquiries and issues, providing solutions and support as needed,Being able to work in a team and autonomously and under pressure,Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively,Sense of urgency and high energy,Good communication and interpersonal skills and effective in maintaining working relationships with all stakeholders.SQ2
