The Central Kitchen Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of a central kitchen, including food preparation, cooking processes, and maintaining food quality standards. The role includes managing culinary staff, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, managing inventory and supplies, and implementing best practices for efficiency. The Central Kitchen Manager will also collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and consistent product quality.QualificationsProficiency in Food Preparation and Cooking to ensure operational efficiency and consistent quality.Expertise in Food & Beverage management and ensuring adherence to food quality standards.Strong understanding of Culinary Management principles and ability to lead a team effectively.Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills for inventory control and workflow optimization.Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in a professional kitchen environment.Previous experience in managing central kitchen or large-scale food service operations is highly desirable.Relevant certification or degree in Culinary Arts, Food Management, or a related field is preferred.
