We’ve proudly served hundreds of clients across both the government and private sectors — delivering thousands of successful projects.In August 2024, Tharwah made history as the first Saudi advisory company to be listed on the Saudi Parallel Market (نمو), with 15% of its shares going public. 📈🚀About the RoleAs part of our technology enhancement and digital enablement journey, Tharwah is seeking a highly skilled Senior Odoo Techno-Functional Consultant to lead the optimization, stabilization, and continuous improvement of our Odoo ecosystem.This role requires a unique blend of strong functional understanding of business processes and deep technical expertise in Odoo development. You will work directly with leadership and multiple business units to ensure the system becomes stable, scalable, and fully aligned with our operational needs.You Will:Audit and troubleshoot the current Odoo implementation.Redesign workflows across Finance, HR, Procurement, Sales, Operations, and Projects.Configure, customize, and enhance core Odoo modules.Develop custom modules using Python, XML, Odoo ORM when needed.Integrate Odoo with external systems such as ZATCA, PowerBI, HR platforms, and others.Provide training and ensure smooth adoption across departments.Document processes and maintain governance and control across modules.You Are:Experienced (4–8 years) in both Odoo functional and technical domains.Skilled in Accounting, HR, Sales, Inventory, and Projects modules.Strong in Python, PostgreSQL, API integrations, and Odoo custom development.Confident working on repairing or recovering failed/partial Odoo implementations.Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong advantage).Currently located in Saudi Arabia or willing to relocate.Education & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.Proven track record in managing full-cycle Odoo implementations.Experience working with Saudi localization (VAT, ZATCA e-invoicing, GOSI) is a strong plus.You Get:The opportunity to lead an Odoo transformation that impacts all company operations.Direct access to executive leadership and strategic decision-makers.A competitive compensation package.A collaborative, fast-paced, and innovation-driven environment.A chance to build scalable systems that influence business operations across Tharwah.If you're a strong techno-functional consultant ready to transform and elevate our Odoo ecosystem, we’d love to hear your story. ✨Apply now and be part of Tharwah’s digital success journey. 🏆
