Join us and help shape the future of IT.Scope of the position The ideal candidate must excel in creating technical documentation, including user manuals, installation guides, reports on technical topics, and MS Visio diagrams. They should be able to understand complex technical information and present it in a clear, concise, and user-friendly manner. The role requires someone who can work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.QualificationsMinimum of 5 years of experience as a Technical Writer within an Information Technology organization or department.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain user manuals, installation guides, and API documentation for enterprise software products.Collaborate with software engineers and SMEs to document new features and product updates with accuracy and clarity.Create and maintain MS Visio diagrams to visually represent technical processes and architectures.Implement and maintain documentation templates and style guides to ensure consistency across all materials.Manage documentation projects from initiation through completion, meeting all deadlines and quality standards.Conduct user testing and gather feedback to improve documentation usability.Maintain documents in a centralized repository, ensuring timely revisions and version accuracy.Technical CompetenciesWriting & Editing: Advanced technical writing skills with strong command of grammar, tone, and clarity.Research & Analysis: Ability to break down complex technical concepts and simplify them for diverse audiences.Technical Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and MS Visio; familiarity with documentation platforms and version control tools is a plus.Communication: Strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills.Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy and consistency in documentation.Equal Opportunity StatementAt Acuative, we believe our strength comes from our people—and that includes people from all backgrounds.
