NOC Engineer

📢 We’re Hiring! NOC Engineer (Saudi National)📍 Location: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaWe are seeking a skilled and motivated NOC Engineer to join our network operations team. The ideal candidate brings strong technical knowledge, hands-on troubleshooting experience, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced 24/7 environment. CCNP certification is mandatory for this role.🔍 Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor network performance and availability using NetScout, SolarWinds, and other monitoring platformsTroubleshoot and resolve network incidents across LAN/WAN, routing, and switchingCreate, update, and escalate incident tickets while following SLAs and runbooksPerform root-cause analysis and prepare clear post-incident reportsWork as part of a 24/7 rotating shift, collaborating with field teams, vendors, and engineering groupsMaintain and optimize monitoring dashboards, alerting thresholds, and performance rules🛠 Required Skills & ExperienceMinimum 3 years of experience in a NOC or similar network operations environmentCCNP certification (mandatory)Strong understanding of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VLANs, routing and switching troubleshootingFamiliarity with SNMP, syslog, NetFlow/IPFIX, and common NMS toolsSolid communication and documentation skills in EnglishSaudi National, based in or willing to relocate to Riyadh, and able to work rotating shifts⭐ Preferred Basic knowledge of network automation or scripting (Python, Ansible)Experience with additional monitoring tools (Nagios, etc.)Additional Cisco or security certifications that reflect continuous professional learningIf you meet the requirements and are ready for your next career move, we’d be happy to hear from you.📩 Apply now or share this opportunity with your network!
