Oracle APEX Developer

Job Summary ArabWork is looking for an Oracle APEX Developer who will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing web applications using Oracle Application Express to support operational processes and enhance the efficiency of internal systems. The role includes analyzing business requirements, delivering scalable solutions, and ensuring data quality and security within the Oracle environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using Oracle APEX.Design and develop application interfaces, including forms, interactive reports, and dashboards.Create and enhance databases, tables, relationships, and processes using Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.Develop stored procedures, functions, and triggers.Optimize application and query performance to ensure system speed and efficiency.Integrate APEX applications with external systems through REST APIs and web services.Conduct application testing, troubleshoot issues, and apply necessary fixes.Ensure data security and implement roles and privileges according to best practices.Prepare technical documentation for applications and projects.Provide technical support to end users and collaborate with team members to resolve issues.Stay updated with Oracle APEX enhancements and apply best practices.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.5 to 10 years of hands-on experience developing applications using Oracle APEX.Strong experience with Oracle Database, PL/SQL, and SQL.Good understanding of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).Knowledge of integration methods (APIs, RESTful Services).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Technical SkillsOracle APEX (version 19 or above).Oracle Database 11g / 12c / 19c.PL/SQL Programming.RESTful Web Services.JavaScript / jQuery.HTML5 / CSS3.Performance Tuning.Understanding of SDLC.Soft SkillsAnalytical thinking.Accuracy and attention to detail.Time management and multitasking.Teamwork and communication.Flexibility and continuous learning.
