In the Factory, you’ll have the opportunity to make an impact. PMI’s new smoke-free products have changed the way we work. New products bring new challenges – in the way we source and buy raw materials, in the way we engineer and manufacture.Your ‘day to day’Ensure continuous and reliable operation of Boiler/Engine House and auxiliary equipment in collaboration with production and technical teams. Monitor and analyze performance, safety, and quality KPIsMaximize equipment availability while actively working to reduce operational disruptions. Drive process and equipment improvements to enhance overall efficiency.Lead preventive and predictive maintenance activities for Boiler/Engine House equipment, minimizing downtime and extending equipment lifespan. Resolve technical issues promptly and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.Conduct root cause analysis and implement solutions to eliminate chronicle losses.Uphold company standards for safety, productivity, quality, and environmental compliance in all activities.Collaborate closely with production technical teams to ensure smooth operations.Important note: Our Factory in Aspropyrgos operates 24x7, the role includes Rotating Shifts, and the working schedule is 4 working days followed by 2 days offWho We’re Looking ForTechnical academic background, Department of Mechanical/Electrical Engineering2-5 previous working experience in industrial environment will be considered a plusPassionate individuals who yearn for challenges, continuous learning and growth opportunitiesFluency in English (verbal & written)Completed Military obligations (if applicable)What We OfferOur success depends on the people who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
