中国区首席执行官 (CEO) 工作地点： 上海汇报对象： 集团董事会 职位概述：作为全球化医疗器械精密制造平台 (CDMO) 的核心驱动者，中国区 CEO 将全面负责中国业务的战略增长、运营卓越及组织转型。依托中国基地在精密制造领域的深厚积淀，协同海外工程研发中心，为全球顶级医疗器械客户提供一站式解决方案。该职位的核心使命是：在保持稳健运营的基础上，通过强有力的业务拓展策略，深化大客户关系，带领公司成为具有国际竞争力的制度化、专业化 CDMO 领先公司。核心职责：驱动业务增长，利用深厚的行业资源，深化与全球顶级医疗器械 OEM 厂商的战略合作。识别高增长项目，提升市场份额。与海外公司深度配合，整合两地工程与生产资源，为国际客户提供“中国制造 + 海外工程/供应链”的跨境一体化方案。全面负责中国区的损益 (P&L)，优化生产效率、质量体系及供应链响应速度，确保大规模精密制造的交付能力。领导企业从传统管理模式向国际化管理模式转型，建立高绩效、敏捷且透明的企业文化，吸引并留住行业顶尖人才。确保达成营收、EBITDA 及现金流等关键财务指标，并向董事会提供透明的决策依据。确保工厂运行严格符合 ISO 13485、FDA 及 EU MDR 等国际监管标准，维持“金牌供应商”的质量信誉。任职要求：15 年以上医疗器械、CDMO 或精密制造行业经验；具备大规模工厂的端到端管理经验。拥有出色的商业敏锐度，对医疗器械行业格局有深入理解。中英文流利。工科或生命科学相关专业本科；拥有 MBA 或高级管理学位者优先。核心特质：对市场机会极度敏锐，结果导向，具备极强的客户影响力。既能高屋建瓴制定战略，又能深入工厂一线解决实际交付与成本问题。善于在整合期平衡各方利益，推动组织变革与管理升级。认同专业化、制度化的管理理念，具备极高的诚信度。Chief Executive Officer (CEO), China – Global MedTech Precision Manufacturing PlatformLocation: ShanghaiReports To: Group Board of Directors Position Summary:As a pivotal leader of a Global MedTech Precision Manufacturing Platform (CDMO), the CEO (China) will be responsible for the strategic growth, operational excellence, and organizational transformation of the China entity. Leveraging the core manufacturing strengths in China and collaborating with our overseas engineering hubs, the CEO will provide integrated, one-stop solutions to world-class MedTech OEMs.The primary mission is to maintain operational stability and make successful transition the company into a globally competitive, institutionalized, and professional CDMO powerhouse.Key Responsibilities: Drive business growth by leveraging deep industry networks to strengthen strategic partnerships with global MedTech clients. Identify high-growth projects and expand market share.Partner closely with overseas leadership to synchronize engineering and production resources, providing international clients with seamless "China Manufacturing + Overseas Engineering/Supply Chain" solutions.Own the full P&L for China operations. Optimize production efficiency, quality systems, and supply chain responsiveness to ensure large-scale precision manufacturing delivery.Lead the transition from traditional management to an internationalized model. Build a high-performance, agile, and transparent culture to attract and retain top-tier industry talent.Ensure the delivery of key financial metrics, including Revenue, EBITDA, and Cash Flow, providing transparent reporting and strategic insights to the Board.Ensure all facilities operate in strict compliance with ISO 13485, FDA, EU MDR, and other global regulatory standards, maintaining "Gold Standard" supplier status.Qualifications:15+ years of progressive leadership in MedTech, CDMO, or precision manufacturing; proven end-to-end management of large-scale manufacturing plants.Demonstrates exceptional business acumen with a deep understanding of the medical device industry landscape.Native-level Mandarin and professional-grade English (written/verbal), capable of interfacing seamlessly with an overseas Board and global clients.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Life Sciences required; MBA or advanced management degree preferred.Key Attributes:Highly sensitive to market opportunities, results-oriented, with strong customer influence.Able to define high-level strategy while being "hands-on" to resolve delivery and cost challenges on the shop floor.Adept at balancing stakeholder interests during integration periods and driving organizational change.Strong alignment with institutionalized management principles and a high level of personal and professional integrity.
