Join us and let's drive change together, building your career in various areas of retail, wholesale and consumer services!CEO AssistantAbout The Role-As the Management Assistant, your responsibilities will include-act as a point of contact and liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders,organize and maintain confidential data and information with the utmost integrity,coordinate events and meetings, ensuring smooth execution and flawless hospitality for attendees,effectively manage the Management Board’s schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements,oversee emails, calls, and other correspondence, and draft professional and polished documents on behalf of the Management Board,assist in planning, executing, and monitoring key projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.Requirements-fluency in spoken and written English,higher education,at least 1 year of professional experience in a relevant position,organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure,high level of integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information,exceptional written and verbal communication skills,knowledge of MS Office Suite and other relevant tools/software,an adaptable and flexible approach to thrive in a rapidly changing environment,proactive and solution-oriented mindset, anticipating needs and taking initiative.Why is it worth joining us?
