Join us in shaping the future of finance and making a meaningful impact on a global scale.Role Overview:We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Financial Institution Business Development Director to lead our partnership expansion with Financial Institutions (FIs) and drive revenue growth through payment channel solutions. This role will focus on identifying, negotiating, and managing relationships with banks, fintech companies, payment processors, and other financial service providers to enhance our payment ecosystem.The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in the payments industry, a strong network within the financial institution sector, and a proven track record of successfully securing high-value partnerships and driving business growth.Key Responsibilities:Market Expansion: Be responsible for developing cooperative business with overseas financial institutions (such as banks, payment institutions, fintech companies, etc.). Develop and execute effective overseas financial institution expansion strategies to achieve established partnership goals.Financial Institution Relationship Management: Maintain close communication with existing partner financial institutions, establishing and nurturing strong cooperative relationships.Partnership Proposal Development: Identify potential overseas financial institutions for cooperation based on company product features, seeking capabilities such as collection, disbursement, and foreign exchange for our products, and drive the achievement of partnerships.Market Research & Analysis: Continuously monitor market trends, changes in policies and regulations, and competitor activities within the cross-border payments industry. Collect relevant information and conduct analysis to provide basis for company business decisions and product optimization.Internal Collaboration: Maintain close coordination with internal teams such as Product, Technology, and Operations to ensure the smooth progress of partnership projects, jointly enhancing the company's service quality and market competitiveness.Qualifications & Experience:Education & Major: Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Finance, International Business, Marketing, or related fields.Work Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in business development with overseas financial institutions. Familiarity with the cross-border payments industry is preferred. Prior cooperative resources within financial institutions such as banks or payment institutions are advantageous.Professional Knowledge & Skills: Solid financial knowledge, familiarity with the business processes and relevant policies/regulations of cross-border payments. Excellent market analysis, negotiation, communication, and coordination skills, with the ability to independently carry out business development work.Personal Attributes: Strong sense of commitment and responsibility, proactive work attitude, ability to withstand significant work pressure. Good team spirit and customer service orientation, integrity and honesty.Language Skills: Fluent in English (reading, writing, listening, speaking), able to use it as a working language. Proficiency in other languages is a plus.
