This role plays a key part in supporting our CEO and ensuring the office runs efficiently, professionally, and without constant oversight.The ideal candidate brings a proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, and a proven ability to manage internal coordination, scheduling, and follow-up across departments.What You'll Be DoingManage daily administrative operations and ensure smooth office functioningHandle internal follow-ups and ensure timely execution of delegated tasksMaintain office supplies and manage procurementSupport onboarding of new employees and basic HR coordinationPrepare simple reports and documentationEnsure the office environment is always organized and professionalWhat We’re Looking ForMinimum 5 years of experience in office administration or executive supportStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to work independently and take initiativeHigh level of trust, discretion, and professionalismFluent in Arabic and English (both written and spoken)Proficient in Microsoft Office and standard office toolsAbout SamayaSamaya is a Saudi company specializing in the development and operation of museums, exhibitions, and cultural destinations across the Kingdom.
