AR Tour is dedicated to enhancing history through premium, personalized, and authentic journeys.Role DescriptionThis is a part-time role for a Tour Guide located in Pompei/Herculaneum/Naples, with the flexibility to move across those locations. The Tour Guide will deliver engaging and informative augmented reality experiences, tailored to groups, families, and individuals. Responsibilities include leading tours, sharing historical knowledge, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting AR Tour's offerings to potential clients. The Tour Guide will also ensure smooth coordination during tours and actively contribute to continuous improvement and innovation.QualificationsExperience in leading Guided Tours and a strong background in HistoryOutstanding verbal Communication and Customer Service skillsCustomer-oriented mindsetPassion for cultural heritage and comfort with technologyFlexibility to work across Pompeii, Herculaneum and Naples locationsProficiency in Italian and English; additional languages are a plusRelevant certifications.
