CFO/Finance Director（CQV）

This position repot to CEO of CQV and also report to group CFO of GNMI.Main Responsibilities：1. Develop and execute the company's financial strategy and planning, support the achievement of business objectives, and provide financial direction guidance for the company's long-term development.制定并执行公司财务战略与规划，支持公司业务目标实现，为公司长期发展提供财务方向指引。2. Lead company budgeting, financial forecasting, and capital planning, optimize resource allocation, improve capital utilization efficiency, and ensure reasonable capital flow and efficient utilization.主导公司预算管理、财务预测和资金筹划，优化资源配置，提高资本使用效率，确保资金合理流转与高效利用。3. Manage financial reporting and compliance work, ensure accurate and transparent financial statements compliant with listed company regulatory requirements, and disclose financial information to investors timely and accurately.管理财务报告与合规工作，确保财务报表准确透明，符合上市公司监管要求，及时、准确向投资者披露财务信息。4. Establish and improve internal control and risk management systems, oversee daily financial operations, ensure company asset security and controllable financial risks, covering liquidity, foreign exchange, interest rate, and other risks.建立健全内部控制和风险管理体系，监督日常财务运营，保障公司资产安全和财务风险可控，覆盖资金流动性、外汇、利率等多方面风险。5. Participate in senior management team decision-making, provide financial insights and recommendations, support the formulation and implementation of company strategy, and ensure from a financial perspective that strategic decisions benefit the company's long-term value enhancement.参与高管团队决策，提供财务洞察和建议，支持制定和落实公司战略，从财务视角确保战略决策利于公司长期价值提升。(I) Prerequisites（一）必备条件1. Professional Experience1. 专业经验· Financial Reporting & Compliance: Familiar with the preparation process of financial statements and multinational financial compliance requirements, ensuring financial information disclosure complies with various local regulations and international standards.财务报表与合规：熟悉合并财务报表的编制流程以及跨国财务合规要求，确保财务信息披露符合各地监管规定和国际准则。· Capital Market Operations: Possess substantial practical experience in capital markets, proficient in financing strategies, investor relations management, and listed company compliance matters; deeply understand capital structure, models, and regulations; familiar with various investment and financing instruments.资本市场运作：具备丰富的资本市场实战经验，精通融资策略、投资者关系管理和上市公司合规事务，深谙资本结构、模式和法规，熟悉多种投资融资工具。· Listed Company Financial Experience: Possess financial management experience in listed companies in Korea or other major capital markets.上市公司财务经验：具备在韩国或其他主要资本市场的上市公司财务管理经验。2. Experience working in the international business department of a Big Four accounting firm, or exceptionally outstanding international M&A experience, may be considered exceptionally.拥有四大会计师事务所国际业务部门任职经历，或特别优秀的国际并购经验，可破格考虑。2.
