Unlock your potential with Dassault Systèmes, a global leader in scientific software engineering, as a Sales Operations Specialist based in Seoul, Korea!Job Description & Role ResponsibilitiesManage overall forecast / pipeline accuracy for all Revenue Types for Current Quarter and Rolling QuartersEnsure weekly accurate Booking & Revenue Estimated Landing, Roadmap to Plan, Key Upside, leveraging CRMEnsure visibility on opportunities at risk and mitigation planDrive recovery plan definition in collaboration with Sales and Leader Manage GEO Sales Initiatives and monitor progress for GEO business GrowthEnsure Opportunities and Leads information are up to date (close date, amount, start date) in compliance with the Cooperate guidanceActively support and participate to Global and Local Sales Management meeting in order to ensure efficient business execution on all Sales Operations topics (Forecast, Territory, Compensation, Business analysis, Deviations, Help needed)Analyze and leverage KPIs and metrics to propose actionable recommendations to Sales Management (Forecast Accuracy, Roadmap to Plan, WinRate, Sales Cycles, Average Deal Size, New Logo, Churn, Installed Base, User Activation, Usage, ALC Reinstatement, Pipeline Analysis, Pipeline Maturity, Win Lost & Shifted review)Ensure that Partner Bonus guidance is deployed on-time and on-quality, in collaboration with Sales Managers, and Prepare & deliver Partners Bonus process and lettersSupport Partners in target achievement, and preparation & delivery of Partners Annual AmendmentQualificationsBachelor's degree graduateAt least 1- 2 years of experience in a company with knowledge of experience in Sales Operations, Business Planning, Sales, Business Intelligence, or related fields within the Software/IT sectorProficiency with MS Office, MS Excel, BI / ERP system knowledgeStrong written and verbal communication skills in both Korean and EnglishAbility to listen to internal customers and management, understand their needs, and ask clarifying/probing questionsThe successful candidate will be passionate about solving problems and partnering across teams and organizations to drive changeThis role is a fixed-term maternity leave replacement (13 months), covering the period from December 2025 to December 2026.Inclusion statementAs a game-changer in sustainable technology and innovation, Dassault Systèmes is striving to build more inclusive and diverse teams across the globe.
