CFO (Vietnamese only)

The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial strategy, financial planning and analysis, financial reports, company audits, compliance, and bank relationships. They will collaborate with the CEO and the executive team to make decisions regarding company's financial strategy and operations. The candidate will possess a strong background in finance and management. Key responsibilitiesStrategic Leadership: Develop and implement financial strategies that align with and support the company's overall business objectives. Financial Planning and Analysis: Oversee the budgeting process, manage financial planning, and provide real-time performance analysis. Financial Reporting and Compliance: Ensure the accuracy of financial statements, maintain robust accounting practices, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. Cash Flow and Investment Management: Manage the company's cash flow, oversee investments, and manage financial relationships with banks, partners, and suppliers. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks to protect the company's assets and profitability. Team Leadership: Manage the finance team, including the structure and sizing of the department to ensure it optimally supports the business needs. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the CEO, board of directors, and other senior leaders to provide financial guidance on all major decisions, including capital allocation and strategic initiatives. Requirements:Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance & Accounting or Business Administration, Investment or equivalent business experience.15+ years of progressively responsible experience for a major company or division of a large corporation in FMCG with RE is a plus. Ideally worked for a local or multinational FMCG companiesExperience in partnering with an executive team, and have a high level of written and oral communication skills. Deep understanding of FMCG market dynamics, trends, and consumer behavior.Strong financial acumen and demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and profitability.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to influence and inspire teams.Visionary leader with a passion for innovation, sustainability, and customer-centricity.Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing teams
