We are looking to hire a key member of our Supply Chain team at our Tokyo, Japan location.The Customer Service Representative/Customer Fulfillment Representative coordinates customer request and is primary contact for the placement and fulfillment of sales orders. First point of contact for customers in the OTC process. Assist with distribution of daily and month end reports.Key ResponsibilitiesExport/Import : Responsible for managing end-to-end import and export, ensureing compliance with international trade regulations, coordinating with suppliers, carriers, customes, and internal teams to facilitate smooth cargo flow. This role is expected to optimize import/export, balances efficiency, cost control, and regulatory compliance, provide solutions for resolving issues.Customer ServiceCustomer service Representative/Customer Fulfillment Representative coordinates customer requrest and is primary contact for the placement and fulfillment of sales orders. Closely coorperate with team for achieving business goals.Seeks information related to customer in order to provide excellent service.Japan Regional Key ResponsibilitiesExport/Import/Domestic Customer Service :Daily order arrangement : Receive customer, order, check forecast and inbentory, plan shipping schedule, book vessel, arrange loading, provide shipping documents, support customs clearance, coordinate, tracking, and commucicate customre requrest and order fulfillment.Import/export rules and regulation : Understand requirements, coordinate all process and documentation follow the rules and ensure compliance.System/process and report : Update customer/product/logistic related data in system/documents, ensure operational process is follow, and establish and maintain reports as needed for monitoring performance.Key stakeholders to workd with : Global CFR, Supply voordinator, Sales manager, and QA assistanceInquireies and claim handling : Act as primary contact for product/logistic related inquires internally/externally. Claim data input in system.Required SkillsMin 3 Years Customer Service or equivalent business experience especially in export area.Knowledgeable in international trade, rules and complianece requirements. MS office, basic understanding of SAP, CRM and other relevant tools.Expands knowledge of current functionality.Communicates clearly and articulately when speaking in an individual or group environment. Organizes throughs with ability to present information in a clear and precise manner.Recognizes problems and seeks input from others to systematically gather information. Makes routine decisions.Escalates/ hands of issues, which cannot be handled independently.Acts as a team member to support all CS/ Supply Chain goals with support from more experienced CS/ Supply Chain personnel.Actively contributes in team meetings and activities.Fluent Japanese and daily communication skills in English.Experience and knowledge in daily import/export/domestic process and documentation.Learning basic knowledge in product, inventory, customers, logistic arrangement process.Critical and systemative thinking and analytical skills; clarity of thoughts; change and continous improvement mindset; teamwork spirit.Education, Certifications & LicensesBachelor’s degree from accredited university/collegeCompensation DataAnnual Salary : Minimum 4.5mil -(annual salary includes, Base salary, Housing allowance, Fixed seasonal bonus)Salary will be determined based on experience and qualificationsAllowance : Commuting allowance (full coverage), Overtime allowance providedBonus : Fixed seasonal bonuses in June and December (part of annual salary)Company performance bonus may be provided (based on company performance)Payment : Closing at the end of month, paid on 20th of the monthSalary increase : Once a year (based on company and individual performance)Conditions of EmploymentEmployment type : PermanentProbation period : 3 monthsWorking hours : 9:00am - 5:30pm (incl.
