Direct liaise with 3rd party such as customer, contract awarder i. e Government agencies / Private sector, sub-contractors, and etc through phone call and meetings. Prepare Standard of Procedure (SOP) for Contract Financing to ensure that monitoring is well maintained from time to time. Provide training to branches and guide them in term of technical knowledge and SOP. Involvement in system enhancement for Contract Financing to make monitoring more effective and efficient. Dealing with internal stakeholders ie: (business, credit, risk, disbursement, audit, IT, legal department, etc) and external stakeholders (ie:
Auditors, Consultants, system vendors, other FIs, etc) to solve any matters arising. Being point of referral for development of Contract Financing. Perform Site visits whenever required. Monitor payment and progress project on monthly basis for all contract financing accounts. Prepare memo for weekly BNM Repayment Principal and refund the principal portion to BNM via e-First. Submit KPI to BNM for all closed accounts via e-First. Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in finance, Banking, Business or any related fieldsExperience in credit and contract financing
