This role is part of a broader initiative aimed at automating customer support processes, with the goal of enhancing service quality and operational efficiency. 2800 - 3500 Euro/month (gross)Your future duties and responsibilities Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives) Support the Product Owner in managing the backlog and planning releases Coach the team on Agile principles and best practices Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth delivery Track team progress using Jira and other tools Promote a culture of continuous improvement and high performance Collaborate with stakeholders to align on goals and priorities Ensure transparency and communication across teamsRequired Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) Experience working with Jira, Confluence, and other agile tools Excellent facilitation, leadership, and conflict resolution skills Fluent in English and Latvian (spoken and written) Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) is a strong plus Experience in the finance sector is an advantageTogether, as owners, let’s turn meaningful insights into action.
