Role Description This is a part-time on-site role for a Chair/CEO Coach based in Hanoi City, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Chair/CEO Coach will provide strategic guidance, mentorship, and leadership advice to chairs and CEOs to help them unlock their full potential. Responsibilities include conducting personalized coaching sessions, fostering decision-making skills, developing leadership strategies, and tailoring solutions to meet organizational challenges. They will also ensure alignment between company goals and individual leadership growth. Qualifications Strong executive coaching, mentoring, and leadership development skillsDeep expertise in business strategy, organizational management, and decision-makingEffective communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skillsProven ability to build trust and relationships with senior executivesExperience in creating and delivering personalized coaching plansDemonstrated success in guiding individuals and teams to achieve growthFamiliarity with the entrepreneurial and business environment in Vietnam is a plusBachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
