Part-Time Chambers Administrator – Prestigious Barristers’ ChambersRemote£40,000 FTE (£20,000 pro rata) 18.75–19 hours per weekWe’re working with a highly respected Barristers’ Chambers to find a proactive and detail-driven Chambers Administrator to join their team on a part-time basis.This role is ideal for someone with excellent organisational and communication skills who enjoys managing complex schedules, coordinating multiple stakeholders and ensuring smooth operations across a busy professional environment.You’ll work closely with the Director of Operations and Strategic Planning and the wider SMT, supporting a range of HR, governance, and operational processes. The position offers genuine flexibility in hours (spread over 4-5 days with Wednesdays being a key day) and the opportunity to work remotely.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate meetings and processes for recruitment, pupillage, inductions, and training.Schedule committee, governance, and management board meetings.Organise events and visits related to Chambers’ upcoming premises move.Liaise with senior management, barristers, and staff to ensure efficient communication and scheduling.Manage administrative processes including HR documentation, onboarding and expenses.
