Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Change and Release Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and implementation of IT changes and software releases across the organization. You will ensure minimal disruption to business operations while maintaining compliance with ITIL standards and best practices. This role requires strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills to manage the lifecycle of changes and releases across development, testing, and production environments.🛠️ Key Responsibilities🔄 Change Management:Manage the end-to-end change management process, ensuring all changes are logged, assessed, approved, implemented, and reviewed.Chair the Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and coordinate with stakeholders for change approvals.Analyze change requests for potential risks, impact, and dependencies.Ensure compliance with governance and regulatory requirements (e.g., audit trails, documentation).Track and report on change metrics (success rate, failure rate, emergency changes).🚀 Release Management:Plan, schedule, and oversee software releases across development, test, and production environments.Collaborate with DevOps, QA, and development teams to ensure smooth and timely releases.Coordinate release communication and ensure all stakeholders are informed.Manage version control and deployment processes using tools like Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI/CD, or similar.Ensure rollback procedures and contingency plans are in place.
