Job Description

Role Summary:The Change Coordinator will support the delivery and implementation of change management activities across various projects. This role focuses on executing defined plans, coordinating communication efforts, maintaining documentation, and supporting stakeholder engagement to ensure smooth adoption of new processes, tools, or systems.Key Responsibilities: Change Planning and ExecutionSupport the execution of change management plans, including communication, readiness, and training activitiesCoordinate workshops and sessions for impact analysis, stakeholder mapping, and readiness assessmentMaintain change management trackers, logs, and reports to ensure project progress visibilityAssist in gathering input from functional teams to document current and future states Communication and EngagementDraft and distribute communication materials such as announcements, newsletters, and briefing notesTrack communication activities and stakeholder engagement using predefined tools and templatesSupport in audience analysis and help segment communications by target groups and user typesCoordinate with teams to ensure timely delivery of communication deliverables Change Impact and Readiness AssessmentParticipate in workshops to document change impacts and identify potential risks or resistance pointsSupport readiness surveys, data collection, and reporting to evaluate adoption progressAssist in the preparation of mitigation plans and track implementation of assigned actionsContribute to readiness assessments prior to go-live and post-implementation reviews Measurement and ReportingCollect and organize data for key performance indicators (KPIs) and change success measuresPrepare regular progress updates and summary reports for the Change Lead and leadership teamTrack lessons learned, improvement areas, and share success stories for continuous enhancement Coordination and CollaborationWork closely with functional and project teams to gather information and ensure alignmentSupport the onboarding and coordination of Change Champions and internal stakeholdersSchedule meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items related to change activitiesQualifications & Skills:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, HR, or related field0-2 years of experience in change management coordination or project support rolesBasic understanding of change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci) preferredStrong communication, organization, and documentation skillsAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsProficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and familiarity with project management toolsKey Attributes:Detail-oriented and proactive in managing tasksExcellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skillsAble to manage multiple priorities under tight timelinesTeam player with a continuous improvement mindset.Top of Form
