The consultant will be responsible for designing and implementing change management strategies, supporting business transformation initiatives, and providing expert advice to clients on improving operational efficiency. The role includes analyzing data, presenting actionable insights, and collaborating with various stakeholders. This is a hybrid role based in Zurich, with a blend of on-site and remote work flexibility.QualificationsStrong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendationsExperience in business transformation, including process improvement and change implementationBackground in management consulting or similar consulting rolesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to convey complex ideas effectivelyStrong problem-solving abilities and an adaptable approach to challengesFamiliarity with stakeholder engagement and team collaboration in diverse environmentsA Master's or master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related fieldProficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is considered an asset
