Job Description
Senior (7+ years) Change Management Consultant with PROSCI or CCMP CertificationLocation: Remote (minimal onsite travel to Madison, WI and/or Cedar Rapids, IA)Duration: 6+ month contract (extensions possible)Overview: Change management consultant to be attached to a variety of both ongoing and upcoming mostly technical IT initiatives but may include a more broad range of projects that encompass construction, process, and cultural projects as well.Key Skills:7+ years of Change Management experienceProsci and/or CCMP certification requiredClear experience leading complex change initiatives at an enterprise levelBonus Skills:Any energy and/or utility industry experienceResponsibilities: Collaborate with project/program managers and stakeholders to understand project impacts on staffFocus on individual project changes (e.g., new technology, process updates) affecting employeesSupport change adoption and reinforcement across assigned projectsLead communication efforts related to project-driven workforce changes #INDTS
