This role leads the design and delivery of integrated people change experiences that support leaders and employees through organizational shifts, capability development, and cultural evolution. This role ensures that change is not only implemented, but deeply understood, embraced, and sustained. Working collaboratively with all stakeholders, this role supports business transformation by elevating: best practice change leadership, strategic organizational design, future-ready capabilities, and the employee voice during change. This leader is a member of HR’s internal facilitation team.About the RoleThis role is focused on leading the design and facilitation of people-centered change initiatives that prioritize emotional clarity, psychological safety, and leadership alignment.ResponsibilitiesLeads the design and facilitation of people-centered change initiatives that prioritize emotional clarity, psychological safety, and leadership alignment.Partners with HR Business Partners and leaders to co-create support strategies that address transition risks and enable resilience.Uses organizational skills analysis to identify capability gaps and inform strategic workforce planning and succession strategies.Integrates future skills into change and capability programs to prepare employees for evolving roles and technologies.Supports leaders in succession planning and internal mobility aligned to new structures and capability needs.Collaborates with Internal Communications, Organizational Change Management and people leaders to deliver timely, transparent, and empathetic messaging tailored to the lived experience of change.Equips leaders with communication tools and coaching to foster trust, clarity, and engagement.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field.Related experience or education may be considered as an equivalency on a one for one basis.Certification in Prosci or other change management methodologies preferred.Coaching certification (e.g., ICF) preferred.5+ years in organizational development, leadership development, change facilitation, or related fields.Proven experience leading people-centered change and capability initiatives in complex environments.Deep application of change frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Bridges Transition Model) and ability to adapt them to human-centered approaches.Strong understanding of organizational culture, psychological safety, and emotional intelligence.Expertise in facilitation, coaching, and experiential learning design.Exceptional communication and storytelling skills.This is a permanent, full-time opportunity that offers a competitive total rewards package and a hybrid work schedule (3 days in office, 2 remote).
